FAQ's

- Will the colors wash off?

NO! The resin is fused to the silver and/or other epoxy it's applied to. While it is not advised to get the jewelry wet, if it happens to get a little water on it it will be fine.

- Are the resins toxic?

All resins used are jewelers grade and non toxic. I only mix the minimum quantities needed and recycle the dried resin into other jewelry designs. I also used recycled metals from American suppliers.

- How do I care for my jewelry?

Store jewelry separately in an airtight place, wrapped in the anti tarnish paper the jewelry comes with in a ziploc bag or jewelry box.

Polishing cloths are effective on shiny surfaces and jewelry cleaning dip specifically for sterling silver works best to clean chains and textured/matte surfaces. For pieces that happen to have Swarovski cabochons or lab created opals take a Q Tip and dip it in the cleaner and apply then rinse. Dry with a soft cloth.

Avoid spraying perfume or hairspray on your silver jewelry to preserve the finish.

Please remove jewelry before swimming or doing strenuous exercise!

- Do you do custom work?

Yes! Please feel free to message me if you would like to create something especially for you or a loved one. Please let me know if you need a bracelet adjustment or a different length of chain other than what is listed. Please note, all custom work is not returnable.

- How long will it take for my order to ship?

All pieces are made to order and will ship out within 4-8 days. Due to the handmade nature of the jewelry please allow for slight differences as no two pieces are exactly alike.
